I am an experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist with diverse experience in various clinical settings across the UK and Ireland. I draw on scientific psychological theory and research to help make sense of your difficulties and I integrate this in my therapeutic practice, with the aim of helping you to alleviate emotional distress and reach your potential.
